Most custom orders follow these simple steps. If you have questions, please feel free to ask!

Know you want something but need help figuring out exactly what? We help with that all the time!

• Answer some questions about the custom product you want
• Get measurements if needed and according to the measurement diagram I send to you. Unsure about something? ASK! It’s no worries.
• Approve sketches if needed. Approve order sheet
• Pay your 50% deposit
• Be patient while I work my leather magic
• Pay balance at time of pickup or prior to be shipping
• ENJOY!

What happens during the fall and approaching Christmas time? I do limit orders. I want to ensure each item is crafted with the same level of care and attention. Each year the cutoff is different. It depends entirely on how many orders I have come in and when. If I get a ton of orders in mid October? I may not accept much after then. But sometimes you get lucky and I can take yours!

I recommend you get your Christmas order in by mid October! But we can start now too!
