Each one is built by hand in Texas using full-grain leather. Whether you need a snug everyday carry or something bold for display, we design to fit both blade and style. Wet-formed for a secure fit, stitched for strength, and finished with hand-burnished edges — every detail matters.

Pocketknife, Pancake sheath
Wearing your pocket knife inn your pocket can wear a hole in your pants, or make it uncomfortable. But with it on your belt? It’s handy, protected and looks perfect. This one tilts the knife to the right to make it easy for the wearer to draw off their back hip. But lefties? No worries, with hand cut leather, I just flip my pattern over. Problem solved!
Family Brand
This knife is thick, so a hefty welt is needed. But the tooling? Arched, decorative but not too busy. And at the top is a family brand. No mistaking if this is theirs or not.
Thick sheaths like this are often hand stitched to make sure it’s a perfect fit. After stitching, the edges are sanded and polished. Smooth as can be.
Pocket knife roll
Butcher knife rolls are often what’s expected, but not for this guy! He collects pocket knifes and wanted to keep them together and organized.
As a pocket knife collector myself, I understand how they can spread themselves out!
He has them wrangled though! Pockets for each knife and a flap to protect and keep them held in. Then it simply rolls. The strap will wrap around and buckle.
Father and Son sheaths
Tooled with diamond lines running from top to bottom on each sheath. And rabbit fur? I mean, rabbit may not be the sturdiest fur, but it sure looks fun while it runs down the blade of these knives.
Blue on Blue knife sheath
The design on this sheath is hard to tell which one you notice first. Is it the curved diamond shapes that are tip to tip? Or is it the dots in between which are more noticeable? Either way, this sheath is a perfect match to the knife handle. A large knife gave us a lot of room to work with.
Shear fit and shear excellence.
Vintage remake sheath
The knife and original sheath, from their grandfather, had seen better days. The leather was fragile; the stitching was broken. And there were numerous cuts in the leather.
But the after? Perfection. We used the old sheath as a pattern and made only small changes. The pocket on the front is something we had not done before. Pull the tab and it brings out a small sharpening stone with a compass attached. This knife is huge and unique Now, ready to go.
